I am Irfan Walhidayah, often called Irfan, a student from Medan, North Sumatra. During my studies at Undiksha, I was never silent or arguably the most active in participating in various kinds of activities and competitions. This is evidenced by serving as Cortire for 2 terms, serving as vice chairman of the Informatics Engineering HMJ for the 2019-2020 term, then serving as the Chair of the Informatics Engineering HMJ for the 2020-2021 term, serving as the Information Media coordinator (Mersi), and finally serving as as U-StartUp Coordinator. It didn't just stop there, I was also an outstanding student at the Faculty of Engineering and vocational (FTK) by receiving an award for 2 consecutive years from BEM FTK, then I also received an award for outstanding student in the fields of scientific writing, reasoning and talent interest in 2021 by Ganesha University of Education, I have also won several competitions in the Startup field.

Furthermore, in addition to being active in organizations and having several achievements, I am also actively participating in the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) activities, activities that I have participated in while a student, namely PERMATA SAKTI, KMMI, and certified Independent Studies (SIB). With so many activities and competitions, it doesn't make me forget my main task as a student to graduate on time as well as academic matters. This can be seen when I graduated from the information systems study program with a faster study period of 3 years and 10 months. Not only that, I also received the title of cum laude student with a GPA of 3.86. Wow!! This achievement is an extraordinary achievement for me, because I can break the assumptions out there which say that students who are actively active in organizations or non-academics then things in the academic field will be disturbed such as long graduation (becoming a perpetual student) many eyes repeat lectures, do not focus on academic matters, GPA decreases every semester. But these things are not true, I have proven them and can graduate faster and be active in all activities. Maybe Sifors is curious and wants how the trick is to balance organizational, academic and achievement. Well I will give the trick below:

1. Smart in Time management
   In the world of lectures, we must be smart in managing time so that everything can run smoothly. My way of time management is assisted by a google calendar application. So my time has been set well on the google calendar and on the google calendar application, the alarm can also be set as a reminder to ourselves about the activities we will carry out.
2. Creating Priority Scale
   In addition to being smart in managing time, we must also be good at making a priority scale for the activities that we will carry out. As a case example: for example, today's A course will be conducted by UAS while I also received an invitation as the Chair of HMJ to attend an activity from another organization. From that case I should be able to make a priority scale which is the most important to attend and follow. Based on these problems, I have 2 tips, the first is to follow the UAS and coordinate with the vice chairman to attend the invitation, then the second tip is to coordinate with the lecturer by asking for a follow-up UAS, if the lecturer agrees and gives permission then he can attend the invitation.
3. Able to Focus on the Place
   After you choose to organize on campus, of course you will have new responsibilities besides college. However, you must be able to focus on the place. There may be wondering what is the meaning of being able to focus on what place? So, when you're in college, focus on studying, don't think about other things, for example, thinking about organizational matters. Vice versa, when you are in the organization, focus on activities related to the organization.
4. Choosing the Right Way of Learning
   It is undeniable, sometimes activities in an organization can take up a lot of time. Then choose the right way of learning and you like according to your conditions. Because, when you find the right way to study, you will easily absorb the lecture material and will not confuse your organizational affairs which can be denser than your lectures. Well, it is also necessary to know that students who only study lectures, not with organizations, may not necessarily be able to focus on studying and absorbing lecture material well. This can be a motivation for you to be enthusiastic in learning and active in organizations.
5. Pray to God Almighty
   Praying is the most important tip. Because, if all the tips above have been done but only the almighty can determine your every business. For that, don't forget to always pray, friend...
