To support the realization of the MBKM program, Kemdikbudristek launched the Freedom to Learning for All (Merdeka Belajar untuk Semua/ MBUS) Scholarship Program. This MBUS scholarship program aims to provide opportunities for students at various State Universities and Private Universities to be able to take Course from various top domestic Universities, and well-known universities abroad for free.

The MBUS Scholarship Program is given to students to enrich the student learning experience through free and free taking of courses from leading universities at home and abroad. In the end, in addition to improving students' abilities and skills, the experience of studying at other universities at home and abroad will improve the quality of students as reliable graduates.
