- If any, accompanied by supporting evidence (photos and so on) to facilitate the complaint handling process.
Thesis Topic Submission Service
To support the thesis implementation process, the Information Systems S1 study program through the study program coordinator provides Thesis Topic Submission Services with the following conditions:
- The study program coordinator must provide time to serve students submitting thesis topics at least once a week.
- The thesis topic submission service is served every Wednesday. To get this service, students are required to submit a thesis topic proposal file no later than Tuesday (d-1) at 18.00 WITA. If a student sends a thesis topic proposal file after the schedule limit, a thesis topic consultation will be served on the next Wednesday of the week.
- The study program coordinator will provide information/invitations for students who have submitted topic proposal files to be provided with online or offline guidance or consultation services no later than 21.00 WITA.
- If the study program coordinator is unable/unable to provide thesis topic consultation services on Wednesday, the study program coordinator must find a replacement schedule for the consultation in the same week.
- The study program coordinator may announce an additional schedule of thesis topic submission services other than Wednesday, adjusted to the time available of the study program coordinator.
